At The BBQ, we’ve been doing this for more than a decade — real fire, real smoke, and real barbecue. What began as a passion for authentic Texas-style BBQ found its home on the Costa del Sol, where sun, sea, and a world of ingredients come together in our smoker.

Over the years, we’ve brought our craft to different countries and different people, proving one simple truth: BBQ has no borders. Good smoke speaks every language.
At the center of everything is our 600-gallon classic offset smoker trailer, running exactly the way Texas pitmasters intended: pure oak wood, no shortcuts, no compromises.
And while we love the Mediterranean, we don’t limit ourselves to only Spanish products. We source the best ingredients from near and far — whatever delivers the perfect bite. Quality comes first, always.
Our approach is simple: From sea to land and everything in the sky between — if it fits in the smoker, we can smoke it. Salmon, brisket, duck, ribs, pork, chicken, vegetables — each one meets the same oak-fired tradition that’s carried THE BBQ across borders and through more than a decade of craft.
